In 2019 Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG) sought to commission through formal competition a Primary Care service for patients registered to Graham Road Medical Practice and Horizon Health Centre, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset.
