TD1683 - Provision of the Seizure, Kennelling and Maintenance of Stray Dogs

Derby City Council (DCC) has a duty under the Environmental Protection Act to kennel stray dogs for a minimum of seven days. In addition to this legal duty, the Council has also historically offered a service to collect strays.
