Provision of 'SmartBasing - Access Control' - Market Interest Event Prior Information Notice (PIN)

The aim of 'SmartBasing - Access Control' is to automate pass issue and control of entry at 83 Army entry points over a period of six years, with six pilot sites scheduled to commence during the first year of the project.
