Hampshire Parent Carer Network Insights and Engagement Project

The Council has awarded a contract to Hampshire Parent Carer Network (HPCN) CIC, the recognised Hampshire Parent Carer Forum, to deliver parent carer engagement, consultation and insight activities in support of Hampshire's SEND Reform Plan.
