Background Lambeth Council currently commissions a community led HIV prevention programme that targets people from African communities and is due to end on 31st March 2016. The LSL Sexual Health Strategy sets out the Council’s strategic vision to improve sexual health and wellbeing for Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham residents.
