ITT - Learning Management System

The National Physical Laboratory [NPL] requirement is for Learning Management System [LMS]. The purpose is to move away from the current decentralised (four separate systems for HR, IT, H&S and L&D Training) and fragmented LMS and to replace all existing systems for all the functions/departments with a new centralised cloud-based Learning Management System.
