Crewe Town Centre Redevelopment Scheme

Cheshire East Council is actively promoting a regeneration programme within Crewe town centre which includes the proposed redevelopment of part(s) of Crewe Town Centre in the freehold ownership of the Council. It is expected that the proposed scheme will comprise the ‘Royal Arcade’ properties (1,85 ha total) recently acquired(May 2015), but this could extend to other town centre site(s) in the ownership of the Council and, potentially,other interested parties.
