HCC - Feb 22 - Pre-Procurement Market Engagement (PPME) for a Flood Risk Management Consultancy Framework

Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') is carrying out PPME in relation to a Flood Risk Management Consultancy Framework. The Council will consider the feedback received to help inform the Council's options and further decision making.
