4-030 Directors & Officers Liability Insurance 2019/20

Annual directors' and officers' liability insurance ("D&O Insurance") is sought to cover all directors and executives of the company. A Director is defined under the policy as; - 1. Any natural person who was, is, or during the period of insurance becomes a director, partner, member or officer of the Company. 2.
