Tender for The supply of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire License plates

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council requires a contract to be implemented for the supply of Hackney Carriage and Private Hire License plates as per the specification listed below. Currently, the Council is responsible for the licensing of around 3,500 vehicles which require new plates each year.
