Cambridgeshire County Council Stop Smoking Services

Camquit is CCC's local evidence based Stop Smoking Service. Smokers are offered behavioral therapy (which may be individual or group counselling) which involves face-to-face meetings with a Stop Smoking Services advisor trained in smoking cessation. A quit date is set initially, typically followed by weekly sessions over a period of at least 4 weeks after the quit date and normally combined with NRT/drug therapy.
