Cutty Sark is one of the most famous ships in the world. Her figurehead; the witch 'Nannie' comes from the Robert Burn's poem Tam O'Shanter. Nannie currently resides at the bow of the ship. Due to wear and tear affecting the figurehead, she now needs to be re-carved. The only known drawing of Nannie by Cutty Sark's designer Hercules Linton, will be the basis for the new design.
