Harrow Infill Sites - Phase 1 - Construction

Harrow Council has a requirement to build new affordable council housing to meet housing need in the Borough. The sites identified provide the land capacity for 8 new homes which detailed planning has been given. The Phase 1 project comprises 3 different sites, providing two different tenures of housing.
