Provision of Real Time Passenger Information Systsem

Requirement for future provision of RTPI within Staffordshire County Council to introduce a revised system architecture. This will utilise upgrades to the partner bus operators Electronic Ticket Machines (ETMs), allowing provision of AVL information from the GPS enabled ETM, via the GPRS communications network.
