CATERING E-PROCUREMENT AND ELECTRONIC POINT OF SALE (EPOS) SYSTEMS

Our Food Services Operation within Campus and Residential Services (CARES) is underpinned by two main systems; an E-procurement system for purchases and an EPOS system for our sales (Tills, stock management). We are looking for a full integrated solution to make our business as efficient and effective as we can whilst providing an excellent customer experience. We would like you to tell us how you will provide this full solution either as a sole provider of both systems or in partnership with another provider.
