Voids Cleaning, Clearance and Garden Works

AWARD NOTICE CHP wishes to commission experienced and appropriately qualified organisations for the provision of voids (empty homes) cleaning, clearance and garden works. CHP may also require ad hoc services to be carried out in occupied properties or communal areas/estates. CHP turn over approximately 660 voids each year.
