Heritage Sector Training Needs Analysis

This project will commission a three-year programme of training needs analysis that will inform Historic England's current and future training offer. It will comprise of the development of a methodology for training needs analysis (TNA) with the target audience and the roll-out of that TNA for three consecutive years in order to build comparative data.
