This Contract will consist of the routine cleaning of kitchen extract fans and associated canopies, filters and ductwork. Also the inspection test and repair of catering electromechanical equipment i.e./ mixers, peelers, shredders, chippers, waste disposal machines, microwaves, fly killers and Dishwashers.
