Relapse Prevention & Recovery Service for people who are finishing substance misuse treatment interventions

Provision of support for individuals finishing their treatment interventions as an 'after-care' provision to ensure they have the best opportunity to maintain recovery and the positive changes made whilst in structured treatment. The contract value is inclusive of both the initial term and the extension period. The contract was awarded using an RFQ procedure, and the award was made in accordance with the Council's approval processes.
