Delivery of Youth Detention Accommodation - Lot 2 Rainsbrook

There are currently three Secure Training Centres (STCs) in England which provide Youth Detention Accommodation. They are privately operated centres that accommodate younger and/or more vulnerable boys, girls and young mothers between the ages of 12-17. The existing contracts for Medway and Rainsbrook STCs are due to expire in the first half of 2016.
