Pond refurbishment

Harpenden Town Council has been working to improve Lydekker Park, specifically the pond and surrounding area. We are seeking tenders for the refurbishment of the pond sited within Lydekker Park, against our tender specification. A budget of up to £30,000 has been set aside for this project.
