Catering concession - Guildhall Square 2019 - 2021

Portsmouth City Council ('the Council') is inviting bids for a mobile hot and cold food and drink offer at Guildhall Square from suitable qualified operators. The pitch is offered with a 1 year licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by 1 further year to a maximum of 2 years, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
