Provision of Non-Operated Plant Hire Services Framework

This framework is to provide a range of non-operated plant hire including excavators, small plant and tools, welfare units and telehandlers across North Yorkshire to NY Highways. The framework contains 16 lots based on technical requirement and geographical location. NY Highways is a wholly-owned subsidiary of North Yorkshire County Council. NY Highways will commence operations as North Yorkshire County Council's Highways Maintenance Contractor from 1st June 2021.
