Recovery of Loose, Stray and Abandoned Horses

The Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire are seeking to contract with an experienced horse recovery expert to assist the Force in recovering horses found loose on the public highway. The recovered horses will need to be transported to a secure location and where possible returned to their owners, should the owner be identified.
