We are pleased to advertise the Landscaping Package for the NEAR (National Emergency Areas Retrofit) Schemes on behalf of the SMP Alliance. Location: M25 J23 to J27 Scope: 4nr bay areas on the M25 between junctions 23 to 27 require unreinforced jointed concrete, whereby the Emergency Area PQC layers shall match the thickness of the existing layers in the adjacent carriageway.
