Car Club Provision for TWBC

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (the Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified operators for the provision of a 'back to base' car club scheme. This will be a concession contract with an initial term of 3 years, with the option of 2 further annual extensions.
