P2183 - Provision of bikeability cycle training - AWARD

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of bikeability cycle training. It is intended that the contract will be available to other West Midlands local authorities. The Contract will last for 4 years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).
