Coventry City Council wishes to establish a single supplier framework for the supply and hire of welfare units. The Council currently hires welfare units for the Council's street gangs working outside on Highways contracts all day, providing a facility for our employees to have lunch breaks, wash, warm up, dry wet clothes and take natural comfort breaks.
