Milton Keynes Council Development Viability Assessments

Applicants wishing to alter the council's requirement for provision of affordable housing or to offer below policy requirement planning obligation contributions at development sites are required to provide a Viability Assessment to be considered as part of the Council's Pre- Application/Planning Application process.
