Spurriers Cafe - Harlow Town Park

Harlow Council is seeking to engage an independent catering company to provide and run a quality cafe facility in the ground floor space of Spurriers House in Harlow Town Park. Spurriers House is currently being refurbished as part of a 2.8m GBP regeneration project within Harlow Town Park, part funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
