K002 Short Breaks Activities for Disabled Children

To provide meaningful Short Break activities for children and young people with disabilities who reside in Knowsley, in order to allow parents/carers a break from their caring responsibility. Activity sessions will take place during most school holidays, and at term-time weekends. There are 8 'Lots' within the service, covering differing age groups, needs, and geographical locations.
