Learning from low-cost, low-carbon homes

This contract will study the construction of 'Low Cost, Low Carbon' housing developments in order to understand: - The drivers, barriers, attitudes and challenges through the various stages of construction, from specification and design, through construction and supply chain, to hand-over and occupancy. - The costs and cost drivers associated with construction. - The actual energy performance of these homes when occupied and the reasons behind this performance.
