Invitation to Tender for the provision of Herefordshire Intensive Placement Support Service (HIPSS)

The overall purpose of the service is to provide therapeutic support service for children and young people with complex vulnerabilities and emotional support needs, who are already in care placements and where there is a risk of that placement breaking down.
