BEIS would like a contractor for the delivery of an evaluation of the regulations which establish a minimum energy efficiency standard for privately rented domestic properties. The regulations target the most inefficient private rental properties, namely those with an F or G energy rating, with approximately 280,000 properties expected to be affected.
