130-NYC-CX Employee Assistance Programme

The Council is procuring an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) to deliver confidential, on-demand support services free of charge to all service users. The EAP is intended as a supplementary support resource provide to employees and is not designed to replace NHS treatment or primary care services. This workplace programme aims to assist service users by helping them identify and address personal concerns and challenges, as well as financial or health issues in a supportive environment.
