Provision of training venues for National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Courses

Essex County Council (The Authority) is putting in place a Contract for the provision of training venues to host its National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Courses which are delivered on behalf of Essex Police. The Authority is seeking a training venue in three areas of Essex for the delivery of NDORS training courses.
