Guildhall Winchester Fire Safety Improvements

Winchester City Council is inviting tenders for Guildhall Fire Safety Improvements. Following the recommendations of the Fire Risk Assessor stated within the buildings Fire Risk Assessment (FRA), it is necessary to conduct passive fire protection works i.e. to improve the buildings compartmentation, replace defective and non-compliant doors with new FD30s fire doors in addition to electrical remedial works such as improving the existing emergency lighting design and system together with other associated works.
