To supply and install screed, rigid insulation and gas membrane to ground floors to 19 nr new build plots. Lay gas membrane dpm. (dressed under external wall D.P.C) with sealed joints and 300mm laps over block and beam system. 150mm thick Jabfloor EPS rigid insultation laid on block and beam system and overlaid by vapour control layer. 30mm thick.
