Expression of interest - 48 sheet billboards

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council is currently exploring different advertising options available. One area we are keen to pursue is manufacture/installation and selling of advertising space on billboards in the borough. In 2013 a study was done that identified 10 potential sites that were suitable for 48 sheet billboards. Planning permission would have to be obtained for the sites chosen.
