PAN1880 - Water Cycle Study 2018

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites quotations for the provision of a consultant to produce a Water Cycle Study which will recommend strategies for the next phases of work with clear objectives, to be agreed with the Council. For this contract, the Authority requires a Scoping Study to be written; subject to the outcomes of this scoping study, the Supplier may also need to produce an Outline Study.
