ITT and Contract Publication - Financial & consultancy support for Enabling Strategy business case definition

This ITT and Contract is being published in order to meet Government transparency requirements. The aim of the contract is for the supplier to assist Government Digital Service (GDS) to analyse the potential for digitally-enabled improvement of public services through the adoption of the “Government as a Platform” approach.
