Media and Print Monitoring Services

BTP requires a media monitoring service. This is a crucial part of a 21st century press office. The ability to monitor mentions in the press is important for all organisations, but particularly for one which straddles two major industry areas (rail and policing) as well as 3 countries where we are frequently featured in niche and local publications. It is not possible to monitor all of this activity (and ensure accuracy) and to attempt to do so would necessitate a huge increase in headcount which BTP cannot afford....
