Rail Franchise Advisory Services (Framework Agreement) Award Notice

West Midlands Rail Limited (WMR), trading as West Midlands Rail Executive (WMRE) has awarded a Framework Agreement for Franchise Advisory Services, comprising of specialist consultancy expertise on specialist railway, technical and commercial advisory services.
