These services relate to an independent review of National Highways' CHARM (Common Highways Agency Rijkswaterstaat Model) ecosystem, taking into account People, Technical, Process, Operational, and Strategic perspectives. This will include a comprehensive analysis of the ecosystem, and how the deliverables/outcomes provided by the CHARM suppliers are integrated and managed.
