NHH Royal Albert Wharf Services Concession for Communal/District Heating

Notting Hill Housing (NHH) is seeking to appoint an Energy Services Company (ESCo) for the provision of communal/district heating services at our Royal Albert Wharf development in east London. Notwithstanding any statement on this notice to the contrary, NHH considers this contract to be a services concession contract.
