Quality Analysis- Identifying bus service quality improvements, to grow patronage and improve the passenger experience

This commission forms part of a trio of workstreams that comprise workpackage 1, of the Mayoral Combined Authority (MCA) response to the bus review. In July 2020, the MCA adopted a set of principles distilled from the findings of the Bus Review to identify at a high level, the types of measures that need to be considered if we are to deliver meaningful improvement to our bus system.
