Works to demolish the building of a former electrical sub-station formerly part of the East Lancashire Paper Mill, Glebe Street, Radcliffe, Bury. The building is an isolated rectangular structure approximately 60m3. The walls are generally constructed of brick with a reinforced concrete roof.
