Maintenance of a Choice-Based Lettings, Web-Based System

In 2011 a Collaborative procurement took place between 5 North East local authorities to procured a web based system that allows tenants to apply for tenure across the North East. The Contract was procured through the Northern Housing Consortium Procurement organisation. The maintenance of this system is to be re-procured after the initial 5-year period has expired.
