Framework for the Purchase of Small Tools and Plant

The Council are currently working on putting in place a contract to cover small tools and plant purchase owing to the age and need to replace old and outdated items. The Council currently have 250+ operatives working for them who will need tools and plant replacing as it comes to its end of life. In the last 2 years we have replaced around 2000 pieces of equipment and require a contract in place to cover future purchases.
