LRA need to re-tender the contract for the cleaning of public use ICT equipment which forms part of LRA's core offer across its 99 libraries. This currently includes: ⢠525 public PCs ⢠96 MFDs and photocopiers ⢠78 flatbed scanners Equipment is heavily used and therefore requires periodic cleaning. Cleaning will be undertaken every 4 months with all equipment cleaned at every library each time.
